Dear Patient
Thank you for supporting Frithwood Surgery Patient Participation Groups fundraising activities.
We have recently funded portable 6 lead ECGs and further blood pressure monitors
for loan to patients alongside also funding more members of our patient community to be able to perform CPR
and use a defibrillator. In 2025 we are planning to fund an electrically controlled examination couch to help
our nurses
We are seeking donations for these causes and we would also like to invite you to join or renew your membership of our 100 Club Lottery Draw. Our 2024, 100 Club lottery is a quarterly fundraising draw through which members have the opportunity to win a cash prize. The size of the prize pot is determined by how many members are active in the club. (EG 100 memberships = £300 quarterly prize pot).
Membership of the club is £24 payable annually. You can purchase as many memberships as you like, to increase your chances of winning a prize!
We know our patients are both generous and community minded, so please consider getting involved. Your help will provide our community with equipment and services that will benefit all.
