Studio (Not Suitable for Bouncy Castles) - (Max Numbers - 30 persons) - £9 per hour
3G Pitch (No Food or Drink Allowed) - (Max Numbers - 100 persons) £43.60 per hour

Rental Terms:

All patrons and visitors to the Saintfield Community Centre are asked to please obey the rules and regulations as set out below. 

Completion of a booking will be deemed to be acceptance of these rules below and our terms and conditions 

Those found not obeying any of the rules set out below or our terms and conditions may need to  be evicted from the facility and may be prohibited from booking again. 

All bookings will be displayed on our Skedda online booking system. Full terms and how your data is handled can be found by clicking here 

Bookings for clubs and organisations can only be accepted  with proof they hold their own Public Liability Insurance. 

This is a community run and managed facility Please leave it as you have found it at the end of your session. This includes the following:

  1. Ensuring that the tables and chairs are neatly stacked at the side of the room.

  2. Floor is swept

  3. All rubbish is placed in black bin liners and taken with you to dispose at home.

Underage groups (under 18yrs) must be supervised by an appropriate number of qualified adult mentors at all times. 

All users are expected to behave in an appropriate manner at all times. Any person or group deemed by the management to be acting in an unruly manner will be evicted from the facility and may be prohibited from making future bookings. 

No metal studs allowed on the facility including the 3G pitch

Smoking and consumption of alcohol on or within the vicinity of the facility is strictly prohibited. 

No spectators are permitted inside the 3G pitch nor interior of buildings during the session and similarly no prams/buggies, bicycle, skates, skateboards etc. or any dogs or animals are allowed. Please treat with respect - no inappropriate footwear or wheels. No food in the pitch area. 

The pitch requires care and maintenance which is expensive. We must use it carefully to keep it in good order. 

Parking is only allowed in the designated car parks as outlined in our Location details. 

Patrons, please use the designated walkways to access the facility. There is strictly no parking in any of the surrounding private properties. Parking is at the owner's risk. Children should be supervised - it is not a play area. 

If realigning goalposts in the 3G pitch, they should be lifted at the open end and weight put onto the wheels while pushing them into the required positions. No dragging of goalposts is allowed. 

No training or warm up sessions are allowed on any of the grass areas or pathways surrounding the 3G pitch facility. 

There are no netting divisions between the designated areas on the 3G pitch. Renters please keep within the boundaries of their allocated area and respect the space and safety of other users. 

Management reserves the right to forbid the use of any equipment which may cause damage to the facility or put at risk the enjoyment or safety of other patrons. Visitors are not allowed to use any slalom poles or equipment which require supports to be placed into the pitch. 

Access to surrounding premises or land is strictly prohibited, even to collect lost balls etc. 

Please respect the neighbours - no trespassing without permission. 

Hire rates stated are subject to change. This facility is owned by Newry Mourne and Down council and run by the Saintfield Community Trust. The Trust has no final say in hire rates that are set by Our local council. 

Cancellation Policy:

All bookings including, regular bookings, birthday parties and standalone bookings are subject to the cancellation policy.

All bookings cancelled with more than 24hrs  notice are entitled 100% refund. Bookings cancelled with less than 24hrs will be charged the full amount.

Regular Classes Booking Policy:

All regular classes can only be booked for 6 months in advance. In the middle of this booking at 3 months, you will be given first refusal to continue your booking for another 6 months. 

It is important that the user replies promptly to this request.

If the user does not reply then the centre reserves the right to open up the booking with 6 weeks remaining of the existing booking. 

All regular classes for all areas in the centre are required to do their own Risk Assessments and provide these to the centre. A suggested template is attached here (Sample Risk Assessment) however, if you have your own format, please send to reception.saintfieldcc@gmail.com

Please note that this is a centre managed by the Saintfield Community Association for the Newry Mourne and Down County Council. All bookings must adhere to their code of conduct included in their Terms and Conditions
