2023-2024 SOMS YouthNet Winter Clubs


Registration starts on: Friday, December 15, 2023
Registration ENDS: Friday, January 12, 2024

Fall Clubs Run: Monday, January 22, 2024 - Friday, March 8, 2024

If a club meeting is canceled for any reason, the club meeting will be made-up on another scheduled date and you will receive an email notification from the advisor.

All clubs run for 6 weeks and have a total of 6 sessions. Clubs meet once a week for 6 weeks. If a club meeting needs to be canceled for any reason, the session will be made up and the date will be given by the advisor.   

All information for the specific club will be posted to specific Google Classroom OR Canvas for that particular club so that information is posted in a set and shared location. 

Clubs this Winter session will be on a sliding scale. 

Participation in 1 Club per week -   $62 (which is $10 per day of the club that runs for 6 sessions)

Participation in 2 Clubs per week - $83 ( which is $6.67 per club, 2 clubs meetings a week for 6 weeks)

Participation in 3 Clubs per week - $103 (which is $5.56 per club, 3 clubs meetings a week for 6 weeks)

Participation in 4 Clubs per week - $124 (which is $5 per club, 4 club meetings a week for 6 weeks)


Payments will be accepted through the YouthNet website at:  https://somayouthnet.org/middle-school-clubs-1.  Payments can be made via PayPal (with a PayPal account) or by Credit Card (checkout as a Guest). Please provide the payment confirmation number on the registration form.

No one will be denied access to YouthNet clubs due to financial hardship.  Please  contact youthnet@somayouthnet.org if you require financial assistance. 

Cash will not be collected.

Donation are always accepted at   somayouthnet.org

A parent/guardian digital signature and payment confirmation is required for registration for the club(s) you are interested in. Your Completed Registration form is your CONFIRMATION that your student is enrolled in the Club. We will contact you if a club has reached capacity or will not run due to low enrollment.

I understand attendance with be taken and recorded at every club meeting. My student understands that they need to attend conference with a teacher before the start of clubs at 3:15PM.  *
