MAC Tutor Bio Template - Spring 2018

This document is intended for MAC Staff working in the Math Assistance Center.

1. Introduce yourself. What is your name, class rank? What do you tutor in the MAC and how long have you worked here? If you are not a tutor state what your role at the MAC is and why you chose to work here. *

2. What are your plans after graduation? What do you enjoy doing besides math? (Be Specific! for example, I enjoy disc golf.) *

3. Why did you pick your major? *

4. Briefly explain your college career, focusing on math. Have you overcome some anxiety related to math or a very difficult challenge that seemed impossible at the time? (Hopefully this will make our staff seem more human, they make mistakes in math like everyone else.) *
