Are you interested and available to help with setup of the Art Show?

NOTE: This involves lifting and carrying boxes, and pushing carts.

Are you interested and available to help people check in, distribute registration packets, and possibly assemble new ones?  
DATE/TIME: Friday Aug 5, between 1 PM and 7 PM (need not stay the entire time; just let us know when you might be able to assist)

NOTE: This could be a role performed seated at the registration table.

Posting Schedule Signs (Friday afternoon)
We need to post signs with programming schedules near the doors of each room between 3 and 4 PM on Friday. Preprinted schedules and painters tape approved by the hotel will be provided.

Hospitality Suite (Friday evening)
Do you have an hour free on Friday evening to assist  Melissa in the Hospitality Suite?

Do you have a free hour on Saturday when you could assist Charles and learn more about ConOps? This involves checking to make sure sessions clear rooms in time for the next to start on time, checking to make sure we have expected equipment in rooms, and such.
