Vendor Categories and Fees:
1. Food and Beverage Vendors ($200): This category is for vendors offering ready-to-eat food and beverages. It includes food trucks, drink stands, any hot foods and stalls selling snacks and refreshments. Vendors in this category should prioritize sustainability in their practices, such as using biodegradable packaging and sourcing local, organic ingredients.
2. Cottage Vendors($100): Cottage vendors are small-scale, home-based businesses specializing in homemade or artisanal products. This category includes producers of baked goods, preserves, handmade confections, pre-made/pre-packaged goods and other non-perishable food items. Non-food cottage vendors offering handcrafted items like soaps, candles, or home decor are also included. Products should align with the festival's environmental and sustainability themes.
3. Arts and Crafts Vendors ($100): This category is for artisans and crafters showcasing and selling original, handmade works. It encompasses a broad range of items including jewelry, pottery, textiles, artwork, and eco-friendly crafts. Vendors should focus on sustainability, using recycled, upcycled, or eco-friendly materials in their creations.
4. Information Tables & Non-profits ($25): Information tables are for educational, non-commercial purposes. This includes environmental organizations, community groups, local non-profits, and educational institutions. These tables are meant to provide information, promote awareness, and engage attendees in environmental causes, sustainability practices, and community initiatives.⚠️ Political candidates and campaign representatives are not eligible for this category.

6. Political Candidates / Campaign Representatives ($250):
This category is for political candidates and campaign representatives seeking to engage with festival attendees. Participants will be provided with a designated vendor space to share information, connect with the community, and distribute campaign materials.
This category ensures equitable access for nonprofit and community organizations while maintaining a balanced and nonpartisan environment for all attendees. Participation does not imply endorsement by the festival or its organizers.
