CIS FAIR 2024 BLOCK PARTY
Date: Saturday, 23 November 2024
Time: 10am to 4pm (suggest to arrive before 9:30 a.m. for set-up)
CIS Fair is back and thank you for your interest in participating as a Vendor at the CIS Fair 2024! The following are some excerpts of the CIS Fair information:
Cost: HK$2,000 per table of 120cm (L) x 60cm (w) x 72cm (H) per table together with two chairs
Notes:
(1) Electricity must be pre-arranged.
(2) Unless pre-authorized by the CIS Fair 2024 organizers, no additional rack(s) or table(s) will be allowed. Approvals for previous fairs shall not be deemed as pre-authorisation.
(3) If you are a CIS staff, alumni or parent, please contact us at cis.vendorstalls@gmail.com for your pricing information.
(4) Please note you must be a properly licensed business in Hong Kong holding the requisite license(s) for your intended goods and/or services to be sold at the fair.
Detailed information relating to payment, logo and write-ups will be provided after your participation is confirmed.
Please note that as the layout plan of the fair could be different from previous years, we cannot answer queries about the layout, set up or number of vendor stalls that we are able to accommodate. In addition, we are not able to guarantee the booth locations.
Key Dates
Monday, September 23, 2024 - Deadline for parents of existing CIS students and CIS alumni priority
registration
Friday, September 27, 2024 - Deadline for all other registration
End of October 2024 - Finalisation of all table placements

Our CIS community is promoting environmental sustainability. We would greatly appreciate if you could minimise the use of plastic wrapping for your products at the Fair. All vendors will be asked not to give out any disposable plastic bags and Fair visitors will be urged to bring their own bags.
