NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session educational program for family members, significant others, and friends of individuals living with mental health conditions. It is a designated evidence-based program, meaning research has shown it significantly improves the coping and problem-solving abilities of those closest to someone with a mental health condition.
The course is led by NAMI-trained family members who have firsthand experience. Sessions include presentations, group discussions, and interactive exercises.
