BACK TO SCHOOL EXTRAVAGANZA VOLUNTEER FORM
We invite you to volunteer at our Back-to-School Extravaganza!   We are gathering school supplies and other material to give away to our students to be well prepared for the 2025 - 2026 school year!  There are a variety of ways volunteers can help out for this event.  Complete this form so we have an idea of how to best assign you to assist.
