Thank you for your support of TEDx Sugar Creek Women. We’re reaching out because we would love to have you join us for our upcoming event in Charlotte on March 28, 2026.

We’re eager to build on the connections and amazing work that TEDx Sugar Creek Women does for the community. Being a volunteer takes a lot of energy, passion, and commitment to make TEDx an inspiring experience for our speakers, attendees, and the community. We're looking for a strong, enthusiastic team of volunteers, and we'd love for you to be part of it!

If you're interested in volunteering for next year’s event, we ask that you fill out a quick form to confirm your availability and share any preferences or skills that might help us in our planning. 

Important Notes:

Volunteer Commitment: Please keep in mind that this is a work day for our volunteers and staff. While we want you to enjoy the TEDx talks and breakout rooms, we ask that all volunteers remain engaged and ready to help wherever needed to ensure the best experience for our guests. You will be able to hear the talks during the event. 

Training: All volunteers must attend the required training and meetings prior to the event. Most will be via zoom. This ensures that we are all well-prepared to create an incredible event.

This will be a full-day event. Volunteer arrival time is tentatively 8:30 AM, with a group meeting at 9:00 AM. Breakdown time will be from 4:30-5:30 PM.
