Conditional rider applicants are considered and assigned to a bus route only after all eligible students have already been assigned. Most conditional applicants are approved before the school year begins, but some may be approved as late as October. Alternate transportation plans should be made in case a conditional rider applicant is not approved or approved after the school year begins.

Do not use this form, and contact your school directly, if you:
- are a student who requires specialized supports and services
- are a Pre-Kindergarten rider
