Hello alum! This is our intake form to provide your friends in the Enrollment Team at TSC with your updated. We will compile this information in our alum database for future reference, and use it to communicate events, opportunities and other fun updates to you as they occur!

Please note that we have a maximum capacity of 15 for any alum lunch. If more folks sign up for a particular date, we will keep a waitlist and notify those folks if space opens up. Thank you for understanding.
