Health Progress Hub's Contributor Form

Make a difference in global health. Build your expertise. Join our community.

Health Progress Hub is assembling a selective network of contributors to support high-impact health organizations working on critical challenges, from lead exposure elimination to improving maternal mortality across Africa and Asia.

Why This Network Exists

Many critical health challenges require working across multiple countries, but high-impact organizations working on these challenges usually lack connections in new countries they expand to, which delays program launch, stakeholder engagement and implementation of solutions that can save hundreds of thousands of lives.

We want to help fix that - our Contributor Network will bridge this gap by connecting skilled individuals like you with projects and organizations that need your insights.

How You Might Contribute

  • Recruitment Support – Identify and engage with job boards, academic programs, or professional networks to support local hiring efforts.
  • Global Health Research – Conduct literature reviews, regulatory scans, or stakeholder mapping for specific countries or health issues.
  • Program Support – Assist in organizing training programs, peer learning sessions, or online workshops
  • Communications – Draft policy briefs, contribute to newsletters, or communicate critical health issues for broader audiences.

What You’ll Gain

  • Real Impact – Help move health interventions forward, faster.
  • Hands-On Experience – Work on practical projects in health policy and delivery.
  • Have Access To Opportunities – Be included in a talent database shared with partner organizations recruiting for volunteer, contractor and full-time positions.
  • Community – Join a network of peers committed to advancing global health.

Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for people who can contribute time, judgment, or execution capacity to help build a support network for global health organizations. We've designed our program to work with your existing commitments—from a few hours per month to more intensive involvement (5-15 hours per week), based on your availability, preferences and interests. You don’t need to be a global health expert. Just dependable and motivated to drive health progress forward, starting from where you are.

If you’re unsure whether you’re the right fit, we still encourage you to apply!

About Health Progress Hub

Health Progress Hub is an initiative by the Global Policy Research Group, a think-tank based in Sweden. We support global health organizations working on urgent challenges—by helping them access the people and capabilities they need to execute faster and more effectively.

We recently concluded a pilot fellowship where students and professionals from four continents supported global health policy and advocacy projects with partners like the Lead Exposure Elimination Project, Fortify Health, and Alliance for Reducing Microbial Resistance.

For more on what we’re building and how this fits in, see the one-pager.

Our ultimate goal is to make it easier for high-impact global health organizations to access local talent, meanwhile empowering local changemakers from Low-and-Middle-Income Countries to tackle critical health challenges in their region.
