To protect the public's health in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and as permitted by Gubernatorial Disaster Proclamation dated July 24, 2020, there will not be an in-person meeting. The Public Participation segment of the meeting will begin following the Capital Plan Presentation and will proceed for no more than 30 registered speakers. Registered speakers will receive instructions for accessing the electronic platform for Public Participation.

Advanced online registration to speak opens Friday, June 10, 2022 at 10:30 am and closes Monday, June 13, 2022 at 5:00 pm or after all 30 speaking slots are filled.
