場所：国立極地研究所
　2階大会議室： 総会，講演，口頭発表会場
　1階アトリウム：ポスター会場 開催様式：会場での対面方式（ハイブリッド講演・配信の予定はありません）
・申し込み開始　2024年8月19日(月)
・講演要旨投稿締め切り　2024年9月27日(金)
・参加登録締め切り　2024年10月11日(金)
（講演要旨は日本語か英語のどちらかで記入。日本語の場合は500文字以下、英語の場合は1000文字以下を厳守して下さい)

研究発表は下記の形式で行えます。※原則として会員1名につき1件までの講演エントリーを認めます。非会員の方は招待講演を除き講演エントリーはできません。不明な点は下記の問い合わせ先（地球環境史学会行事係）にお問い合わせ下さい。
（1）口頭発表（15分間の予定）
（2）ポスター発表（A0サイズ縦）

年会参加費：学会会員：一般：¥1,000、学生： ¥0
　　　　　　非会員：一般：¥3,000、学生： ¥1,000
（非会員の方はこれを機にご入会下されば、当年会の参加費は無料と致します）

懇親会参加費：一般（職持）　¥4,000
　　　　　　　学生（職無）　¥2,000
　　　　　（参加人数によって多少変動する可能性があります）
※会場にて現金で各参加費をお支払い下さい

Face-to-face at the venue (No online streaming will be available.)

･Abstract submission and registration open: August 19, 2024 (Mon.)
･Deadline for abstract submission: September 27, 2024 (Fri.)
･Deadline for registration: October 11, 2024 (Fri.)
(in Japanese or English, no more than 500 characters in Japanese, no more than 1000 characters in English)

In principle, presentations can be made in the following manner *One presentation entry per member is allowed. Non-members are not allowed to make presentation entries except for invited presentations.
(1) Oral presentation (15 minutes)
(2) Poster presentation (A0 size portrait)

Annual Meeting registration fee:
･Member (Regular) 1,000 JPY
･Member (Student) Free
･Non-member 3,000 JPY
･Non-member (student) 1,000 JPY
(If you are a non-member, please take this opportunity to become a member and the registration fee for this annual meeting will be waived.)

The banquet fee:
･Job holder 4,000 JPY
･Student (without a job) 2,000 JPY
(This may vary slightly depending on the number of participants.)

Participants should pay each registration fee in cash at the venue.
