BURNcast.TV Events Submission
Please complete the form below to be listed in BURNcast.tv's Events calendar on Google. Our calendar is a free service offered by divaDanielle and DaBomb on behalf of BURNcast.tv for the burner community at large. In addition to our Google calendar, every Thursday, divaDanielle hosts BURNcast.tv's Community Events vlog that serves to inform the burner community.

Submission Guidelines:

- Submissions must be received by noon on Wednesdays to be featured in our vlog posting on Thursdays.*
- All "CALENDAR ONLY" submissions are free to post for any and all events including fundraisers, for profit events, workshops, parties, etc.  However, "for profit events" that wish to be mentioned on our video blog require an "in kind donation".**
- We accept Burner Community events only.  Non-community events will not be featured.
- We do not claim to represent Burning Man or the Black Rock City LLC and therefore for legal reasons do not accept any event hosted by the BMorg, the Black Rock City LLC or BRAF. We highly recommend that you contact them directly to be listed in their marketing materials including the Jack Rabbit Speaks and the "Who, What, Where, When".

*Our submission deadline is a hard deadline because we have other shows and projects in production during the rest of the week. We'd love to feature you so please help us help you by submitting your event early!  

**In Kind Donations for "For Profit" Events: If this is a "for profit" event, we kindly request an in-kind donation of a minimum of 6 tickets (or PayPal donation to burncast@gmail.com) for our efforts to promote your event and help keep us going.  Most tickets will be given away as promotions to our Twitter following of 4,000 tweeps and some of the tickets will be used by either divaDanielle or DaBomb to attend your event and promote it during the week via word of mouth. While we wish everything could be like the playa where everything is a gift, in our default lives things cost time, money and/or energy and we think this is a fair trade for all the hard work we do. Consider this as part of your advertising budget or what you would comp a volunteer who would work your event. If this suggested request fails to work with your project or event, please contact us privately at burncast@gmail.com. We're positive we can work out an arrangement that's fair to all parties to assist you in your promotional efforts.
