This form is used by those who wish to display at the Western Mouseio.  All are welcome regardless of experience or award level in both the in person and online display.

Feedback can be a delicate area for artists and observers alike.  The online display will have the desired feedback level marked on the websites.  The in-person display will have color-coded, signs available to indicate your desired feedback level.  If you change your mind, please let organizers know so we can update your preferences.   (If no answer is given the assumption will be to ask and obtain consent before giving feedback)
