ECP, an initiative of the King's Trust International (formerly Prince's Trust International) and SEED Ventures is a national competition for secondary school and college students between the ages of 14 to 18 years which aims to instill the spirit of entrepreneurship within young people in Pakistan.
Launched in 2016 in Pakistan, the program has successfully completed seven cycles, reaching out to over 6500 young individuals across 400 schools spanning more than 30 cities nationwide. Impressively, over 90% of participants from prior cycles have reported enhancements in their entrepreneurial knowledge, skills, and attitudes towards entrepreneurship.
Within the programme framework, students are immersed in our tailored entrepreneurship curriculum, play an exciting business simulation game to apply fundamental business principles, undergo one-to-one mentorship with a business industry expert and learn to develop and pitch enterprise ideas.
Programme Timeline
April-July 2024: School Application and Onboarding, Orientation and Teacher Training
August-September 2024: 6 sessions of 2 hours each which will be delivered in 8 weeks facilitated by teachers and mentors ( business industry expert will also visit your school)
October 2024: School Finals - submission of final pitches and scores.
November 2024: Regional Final - shortlisting of one top team per region
December 2024/January 2025: National Final - the top regional teams present their ideas to the judges and compete for prizes.

Note
25-30 students (5 or 6 teams of 5 students each) will participate from each school. The programme has total of 6 sessions consisting of 12 hours. the sessions will be conducted by the trained school teachers and ECP mentors (business industry experts) assigned by ECP team.
School will nominate 2 teachers as focal teachers for ECP who will get trained by ECP team to deliver the sessions in school.
