McKinney High School 2022-2023 Course Request Change Form
Student course requests for the 2022-2023 school year will be available in HAC for review during the days of Tuesday, April 12th through Friday, April 15th at 11:59 pm.  The course requests include students’ regular course requests submitted to counselors during January and February. This is NOT  a student schedule, just a list of the classes that have been requested. Our master schedule is built based on collective student requests, thus it is essential that students’ requests reflect the courses they truly wish to take.  
 
Please review the requests.  Complete the form to approve your requests and/or if a change needs to be made. This is the only avenue for changes.  Opportunity for questions to counselors is available on THIS form ONLY:

Step 1: Log into your Home Access Center
Read the announcement on the home screen about course requests.
Step 2: Click on “Classes” then go to the “Schedule” tab. Scroll down until you find the “2022-2023 Course Requests”
Step 3: View your 2022-2023 course requests
Step 4: Approve your schedule or if changes need to be made to your course requests for next school year, complete this form: https://tinyurl.com/22-23MHS

Step 5: The deadline for requesting changes is 11:59 pm, on Friday, April 15th, 2022.

PLEASE BE PATIENT!  MHS's counseling team will respond electronically to your requests. There is NO need to email and / or call your counselor once you complete this Google. form.

Due to various course closings and class size issues, students may have been assigned to one or more of their alternate choices. If a student did not list any alternate courses or if those listed did not work with a student's overall schedule, the counseling team worked to place the student in courses that closely matched their original requests, if possible.
