Radio Producer Agreement

Every producer associated with a Radio project at KCM, including Executive Producers and Crew Members, must adhere to the policies of Knoxville Community Media.

These policies pertain to training, equipment & facility use, channel use and user privileges.  They are guided by: The Constitution of the United States of America; The Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984 as amended; the Cable Consumer Protection Act of 1992, as amended; the Telecommunications Act of 1996; other applicable federal and state laws and court decisions; KCM’s Bylaws; KCM’s service contracts with the City of Knoxville and Knox County; and cable franchise documents for the City of Knoxville and Knox County.

Every producer and crew members associated with a radio project at KCM must submit this Producer Agreement Form, which commits the producers and crew members to following the policies as set forth in the Producer Handbook. A copy of an approved photo ID (e.g. Driver’s License) is also required.
