11:11 Projects is seeking passionate, community-minded individuals to join one of our five volunteer-led committees. These teams play an essential role in supporting our programs, events, fundraising efforts, and community engagement.

Commitment is approximately 10 hours per month, which includes one monthly committee meeting with your Chair and self-directed or collaborative tasks assigned on a rolling basis.

We follow a holocratic leadership model, which means our committees operate with shared power, collaborative decision-making, and clear roles. Every member’s voice is valued, and each committee is guided by a Chair who facilitates goals, communication, and accountability—not traditional top-down management.
