This fee, paid directly to SoDiv ACDA, covers the room rental as well as a shared bartender/cashier service. Please note that there is a $500 food and beverage minimum per reception. Each college hosting a reception at the Sheraton is responsible for meeting this minimum and for coordinating arrangements directly with the Sheraton catering staff.

Menu details and catering contact information will be provided upon confirmation.

Banquet Rooms:
Six rooms have been reserved at the Sheraton Memphis Downtown.
Reservations are first come, first served.
