 Before proceeding please confirm that you have tried these troubleshooting options:

1. Ensure the MacBook Air is connected to your home wifi.

2. If the  MacBook Air is not connecting to Global Protect, follow the suggestions on the APS website for troubleshooting Global protect.  (

3.  Basic troubleshooting - restart the  MacBook Air completely, close and reopen the app in question, reinstall the app in question. (
