-Make sure before guests are seated the table is clean and wiped.
-Give them water and ask them for any other drinks including alcohol, while they read the menu.
-Bringing the food and picking up dirty plates and putting them in the bucket trolley.
-Wipe the spoons forks knives and placed them in their separate categorized boxes.
-Polishing glass when the area is not as busy.
-Enter orders with accuracy and well-understandable orders.
-Monitor the area if a customer needs anything.
-Interact with customers over the phone, with a respectful and careful tone.
-Switching from dayshift to night shift.
-Be prepared to stay later than the closing hours if the case arises.
