Join us for our January Fitness Challenge.   Thunder Fans let’s get moving!  What's your new year fitness goal?  100 sit ups a day for 30 days!  More upper body strength?  100 pushups a day/week? Mastering yoga stretches? Run a mile, beat your mile time, or walk 10,000 steps daily? Please fill out this form to participate.  The part about it is it's free!  THUNDER-STRONG will start January 5.

Participate in our Virtual HTHMesa Virtual 5k THUNDER-STRONG Race January 29, 30, 31.  Runners choice, participate in our virtual 5k on either of the days listed.  You can run, walk, bike, skip, hop, jump!  Either way move through the 5k with us!
Suggested Donation for this event: $15 per participant.
