Our Young Adult Connections Evening Program is a social group for adults who experience developmental differences and work throughout the day, so cannot attend our afternoon sessions. On select Fridays, this group will be getting to know each other while exploring Kansas City and working on improving social, interpersonal, and self advocacy skills.

September 5, 5-7pm
October 17, 5-8pm
November 7, 5-7pm
December 12, 5-7pm
Tuition: $24.82/hr
FINANCIAL POLICY: Summit Future Foundation is a contracted provided with Kansas City Regional Office and Missouri Department of Mental Health. Tuition can be funded through Medicaid Waivers Funding. If participant does not receive waiver funding, private payment can be remitted.
LOCATION: Unless otherwise specified, group will meet at Summit Social Center, 7302 Ste. D North Oak Trafficway, Gladstone MO 64118.
TRANSPORTATION: Caregivers are required to provide transportation and will be asked to drop off and pick up at the designated locations.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Program participants are supported at a 1:4 ratio (staff:participant). We are unable to provide 1:1 supports for these groups. If your child requires more individualized supports than 1:4 ratio please contact us to discuss support needs prior to registering.
- All enrollment documents including general release of liability, COVID policy acknowledgement and behavioral support policy acknowledgement must be received in order to finalize registration.
