A current sports or school physical (within 395* days) must be on file with the school nurse before a student can participate or tryout for an athletic team. If you wish to check on the status of your students physical please contact Nurse Cindy Heidorn at cheidorn@belleville118.org.  

Upon selection to an extracurricular team or activity, each participant may be required to pay an athletic/club fee before a due date set forth by the administration. This could include a $40 athletic/club fee for the first sport/club and $20 for each additional sport/club, along with any additional team fees that may incur (I.e. team shirts)

All debts or fees owed to the school district must be paid in full prior to student participation in any extracurricular activity, including athletics.
