Purpose: This survey gathers feedback on the BCCE 2026 experience and on OrganicERs programming. Findings may be summarized in the OrganicERs newsletter and may contribute to scholarly presentations or publications on chemistry education communities of practice.

Participation: Taking part is completely voluntary. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. You may skip any question or stop at any time without penalty. There are no known risks, and no direct benefits or compensation.

Confidentiality: Your responses are confidential, not anonymous. Providing your name is optional, and quotes will appear in the newsletter only with the permission level you select in this survey. Data will be stored in a password-protected account accessible only to the researcher, will be de-identified before analysis, and will be retained for five years before deletion. Only aggregate results or quotes used with permission will be shared publicly.

Follow-up contact: Two questions ask whether you are open to follow-up (writing a newsletter reflection or joining virtual activities). If you say yes and provide an email address, the researcher may contact you for that purpose only.
