2018 Etsy Party Vendor Application
Please fill out this form to apply for Helping Handmade's 2018 Etsy Party on Saturday, June 30th! The event will be held entirely indoors at the Primrose Center (2733 S Ferncreek Ave, Orlando, FL 32806) from 11am to 5pm. This is a HANDMADE and VINTAGE only event and acceptance is not guaranteed, but will be based on limiting competition of similar types of items. Applications will be accepted until the end of the day on June 28th and payment is due within 5 days of acceptance notice. All spaces include a 6' foot table and two chairs.

This event will raise funds for the Primrose Center, an organization that provides support for adults with developmental disabilities, as well as their families.

Please explain in more detail what type of items or services you provide and what you will be selling or promoting at the event. This will help us to make sure we do not have too much competition for similar vendors, so if you do not list something in this section, you may not bring it to the craft fair. If you decide to add something to this after you submit your application, please make sure to contact Helping Handmade for approval first.

Will you be adding physical items to our swag bags? ($10 vendor fee discount) *
We will be giving out swag bags to our first 50 guests to encourage people to get there early! In order to receive the discount, you must submit a photo of one of the items you are including before payment is due (5 days after you receive your acceptance email). Send your photos to We will also use these photos as promotions and will include the link to your shop in the photo descriptions. Examples of acceptable items: pendants, buttons, magnets, key-chains, etc... Coupons, flyers, and discounts will not count towards the $10.00 discount in your vendor fee, but you are welcome to add them to the bags. Items will be dropped off at the event check-in before you set up.

Are you interested in being a Star Vendor? *
Star Vendors contribute 5% of their sales at the event's conclusion or a flat $20 prior to the event, which will go directly to the charity as part of the total money raised by the event. Vendors will be given bright signs for customers to see with their Star Vendor number to let customers know they're committed to the cause!
Are you interested in donating an item to the Silent Auction? *
Another way we raise funds for our charities is by holding a silent auction for event guests to bid on. All proceeds from the auction go directly to the charity at the end of the event. We welcome any and all donations from our vendors! Items commonly donated to the auction include gift baskets, paintings, pottery, gift cards, jewelry pieces, candle sets, and more.
