Thank you for checking out our event! Kazukokon takes place August 25-27 2023 at the newly renovated Glass City Center. Artists Alley is for those who make original artwork and original goods. Fan art and fan art derived goods should not be mistakable for actually existing licensed products or prints. If you are looking to sell merchandise , you should use the vendors' form.
Spaces are very limited. Artist selection is juried.
A. All displays must be PG-rated or lower. This is ultimately at our sole discretion.
B. Please have your booth setup in time for vendor's hall opening.
C. Abandoned booths make for a poor attendee experience and will be re-purposed by us without refund.
D. You release us of any and all liability regarding lost, damaged, and miss placed goods, equipment, and personal possessions.
E. Cancellation deadline is July 1st, 2023. Full refunds before July 1st, 25% refund after July 1st, and NO REFUNDS 30 days prior to the convention.
F. No counterfeit merchandise.
G. Upon violation of our rules, we may revoke your table at our sole discretion without refund. We reserve the right to not issue a warning before revocation especially when the violation(s) are particularly egregious at our sole discretion.

2. We will contact all artists by April 30th. If you do not hear from us, please follow-up at
kazokukon@gmail.com. Please add
Kazokukon@gmail.com to your email contacts to ensure you hear from us!
3. If your request is accepted you will then be sent an email about payment which will be due within three weeks of acceptance. If you do not follow through within three weeks we will offer your space to another artist.
Artist's bundle: $100 for 2 badges, 2 chairs and a table
