Thanks for your interest in joining the Bike Academy! We’re excited to offer 20 spots in this program designed to help new and hesitant riders build confidence, skills, and community.
The Bike Academy will meet Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM from April 16 to May 21 at The Bike Library (600 W Cabarrus St. right next to Mood and Homebody Yoga, across the street from BaySix). There is free 2 hour parking in the garage.
Bike Academy is designed for people who are curious about biking in Raleigh but may feel nervous riding on streets, unsure about bike infrastructure, or simply looking for a supportive group to learn with. Over the course of the program, we’ll cover bike basics, build riding skills, explore local routes, and connect with other riders.
