If you’re a woman who is looking for adventure, Italian vistas, and a boutique retreat experience, please join us in the Tuscan Region of Italy. The city of Florence is a vivacious place full of wonderfully iconic experiences, food, and fun. Come with me to the heart of this amazing city and enjoy the added bonus of a special day trip to explore the wonder of Venice!
Dates of the retreat:
Thursday, October 17, 2024 - Wednesday October 23rd, 2024
(Extension trip to Ischia will be an added option for you in this form and will take place immediately following the end of the Florence Retreat. Dates for the extension: October 23rd - October 27th.)
Day 1: Arrive, get settled and open your treasures that are made in Italy waiting for you in your room and then, freshen up and relax before we see our first sunset aperitivo from the hotel rooftop overlooking the gorgeous city of Florence.
Day 2: Luxuriate in our favorite spa in the city with Prosecco and noshing after your swim and massage (or did you want a facial instead -- the choice is yours!). Then, float back to your residence, grabbing a gelato and maybe a scarf on the way, so that you can shower and nap before our delicious dinner of traditional Tuscan fare.
Day 3: It's time to get to know the Renaissance capital of the world as we walk a guided tour with street foods and sips of wine, bites of chocolate and strong coffees to wake your senses and introduce you to a city you're about to fall madly in love with. We will end the tour at Mercato Centrale where we will lunch the way the modern Florentines do. After a little post-lunch shopping in San Lorenzo market, you can wander until we dine together that night for our Pizza and Pasta night at one of our favorite gluten-free restaurants!
Day 4: You will awaken to the bells of the Duomo Cathedral and feel like you're in your very own movie. This day is all YOURS as you shop and sight-see, maybe take a vespa ride, or a walk along the Arno River... you can take in a museum or step inside a church to "ooh and ahh" -- or grab some gelato and listen to a street musician. If you need ideas for lunch or something fun to do or places to shop, I've got you! Plan the day of your dreams before we circle up to a lovely wine and cheese night time at a trattoria filled with Tuscan classic dishes!
Day 5: It's time to catch the train to Venice! A day filled with the very best that the city on the water has to offer: A gondola ride, St. Mark's Basilica, and a tour filled with Venetian delicacies and historic details will leave you wanting to go home with your very own, hand-blown Murano glass to anchor the memories of this special day together!
Day 6: Who wants to cook on vacation? Well, we do because it's so much fun to have the amazing chefs guide us through our gluten-free cooking class for lunch -- so that we can make AND break bread together in the afternoon on our last full day together. We will need the energy to burn as we finish our shopping for treasures to take home from Italy and we share our last scrumptious Italian meal together.
Day 7: Our breakfast and final circle time will bring us all together as we close our retreat with a send off filled with blessings and love until we see each other again in bella Italia insieme (together!)

Retreat cost (for Florence/Venice):
$6500 -- Single bed -- shared room (double occupancy)
$7700 -- Single bed -- private room
Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.
All final payments due by August 1st, 2024 (2 and 3 payment plan options available.)
Payments are not refundable within 60 days from the event start date -- Wednesday, October 17th, 2024
Payments accepted are -- cash, check, Zelle, and bank transfer.
