Vendor Registration Form 2018
**PLEASE READ PRIOR TO FILLING OUT THIS FORM: By completing this form you are not guaranteed your spot! The first step is approval, once you are approved, the second step is you will receive an email and the third step is you will pay for your vendor registration fee, and once your payment is cleared your spot is then reserved. - All of this information will be provided in your email confirmation.**

Thank you for your interest in our 2018 Memorial Run/Walk - Family Fun Day on August 18th, 2018!
If you decide to register as a vendor, you will need to be there between 7:45 and 8:30am to set up. Please plan on being there through event end at 3:00 pm, the event runs from 9am-3pm.

* Our registration fee for this event is $35.00 for a space without electricity, or $40.00 with electricity. You must provide your own tables, tents, chairs etc. If you would like an additional 12x12 space it will be an additional $10.
