Each site is responsible for acquiring a proposal and providing the required funds to cover any Site Improvement Project. This form is used to request a proposal from the Maintenance & Operations Department for modifications of existing facilities, additions, alterations, installation of new fixtures, and changes to landscaping and should be submitted prior to submitting a Site Improvement Project Request.
Please note that the following are not considered site improvement projects and require a work order:
- IMMEDIATE SAFETY ISSUES
- Bike racks
- Buddy benches
- Water bottle filling stations
Technology improvements require a RADAR ticket.
