Neighborhood Planting Captain application
If you would like to be considered for the Neighborhood Planting Captain program in your neighborhood, please fill out the short form below. Please keep responses brief; 3-5 sentences for the short answer questions would be perfect. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and planting takes place from mid-October through March.
