PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
The Crisis Pet Retention Fund (CPR) is a program designed to give assistance in times of crisis, whether it be an economic crisis, health crisis, housing crisis, etc. The CPR Fund runs solely on donations and the amount of assistance we can provide will vary, based on what the CPR Fund has available. As such, the CPR Fund should not be utilized as a default or first option, but as a last resort. 

Please also note that if services are needed again at a later date, or for a different situation, each separate occasion needs its own application for services.
