Need some funds for marketing related to your NDLA committee? Then you have arrived at the correct form!

Please be sure to be as detailed as possible with this request. Calculate to the best of your ability any shipping costs or other fees that may be incurred. NDLA is tax-exempt, so sales tax will not have to be applied. All requests are due by the first Friday of the month before funding is needed, and will be reviewed at the monthly committee meeting.

Please note that submission of this form does not guarantee funding. Full and/or partial funding is contingent upon a number of factors, including availability of funds and the furthering of NDLA's mission.

The Marketing & Communications Committee will respond to the requesting committee chair with funding decisions.
