Music In The Park XXII - Ad Form
Each member of the Marching Band needs to participate in the largest Band Fundraiser of the year. This year will be the 22nd year of the “Music in the Park” Competition and your job is to help us pay for part of the event. We are only able to accept boosters from parents or family members for their child or from the business of a relative or friend. The cost of the boosters are listed below.

I will send a check made payable to "Midland Park High School" or Cash for the ad no later than Saturday, September 14, 2019 to the Band Room Mailbox *
