Civic Events Application Form
Application Information
Applications must be received at least eight weeks prior to your estimated event date. Events are booked in the following priority:

1. Historical / annual / recurring event with same date(s) / timeframe and location as previous year;
2. Historical / annual / recurring events with new date/location request; and,
3. New event requests.

Application Information for Returning Events
If you host an annual event, you may apply for your next event immediately following the completion of your current one.

Upcoming Deadlines Event Dates
October 15, 2018 January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019

If we have not received your application by the deadline listed above, your desired venue and date may no longer be available as new event requests will be considered and booked on a first come, first served basis.

Insurance Requirements
All events held on a street, in a park, or on City of Edmonton property require proof of at least $2 million general liability insurance with the City of Edmonton listed as an "Additional Insured".
Submitting an application does NOT imply that your event is approved or that your proposed location or date is confirmed.
