Plentywood School District #20 – School Reopening Planning Survey
Plentywood Schools is committed to developing an effective plan for the 2020-2021 school year. We need your assistance in gathering information and starting the dialogue to address issues and concerns prior to reopening on August 26th. Our goal is to safely reopen our schools based on guidance from state and local officials.
Our objective is to open schools as normal as possible and have students back on campus for face-to-face instruction with safety protocols and measures in place. Our plan will be based on what Phase (1,2,3) we are in as instructed by the Governor’s office. Currently, we are in Phase 2 which allows our school to reopen with limited group sizes and safety measures being followed.
Please use this form to submit your responses to the below questions to help our administration and staff better prepare to assist our students and families in planning our safe return to campus on August 26th.
*Please complete one survey for each student enrolled in school. Your responses will be kept confidential. *
PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESPONSES BY THE END OF TUESDAY, JULY 28TH.
1. Student’s Name
2. Student’s Grade Level for 2020-2021 (check only one box)
3. If we are allowed for school to be reopened this fall, do you intend to send your child(ren) onsite?
I would request that my child(ren) receive offsite/remote learning only.
4. Transportation: Pick the statement that best describes your plan.
My child WILL ride the bus (rural students only).
My child WILL NOT ride the bus and we will transport them ourselves (rural students only).
We are uncertain at this time (rural students only).
This does not apply to my family.
5. Please feel free to share any additional information you believe is important in planning for 2020-2021 school year.
Please know your input and comments are valuable. A team of Plentywood School administration and staff are working to create a plan based on guidance from state and local officials. *Please understand that the answers you provide are not binding, they are simply to provide us with information to assist in our planning. It is our hope to have a plan that meets the needs of our students out to families by August 12th.
If you have any further comments that you would like to share or have any questions that were not addressed on this survey, please contact Rob Pedersen, Superintendent at:
