Fully furnished One BHK SA1, One BHK SA2 and 2BHK Home Stay/ Serviced Apts All apartment have attached bathroom, lobby, modular kitchen, lawn and water curtain. These are fully furnished with proper 1.5 Tons split air conditioner, king size beds, hard matching mattresses, pillows, comforters, wardrobes, LED TV, Routers, fans, exhaust fans, Fridges, utensils, crockery, kitchen appliances, gas & burners, working laptop table, Chairs, dining tables, geyser, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, curtains.

We provide cleaned towels, linens, Wi-Fi, DTH connections, maid services for housekeeping, Indian or continental breakfast, R O water in 18 Litres bottles, washing of cloths (free only when clothes are reasonable in number otherwise these will be charged).

All apartments have independent access and these do not interfere in the privacy of any guest. 24 hours hot & cold water is available in all apartments. All apartments have individual power backup to support lights, fans only. Wi-Fi is in the whole house with 200 MBPS speed based on Fibre optic cable (FTTH) technology.

As per new guidelines for COVID 19, all our apartments are fully sanitized with alcohol & Sodium Hypochlorite. We also need your cooperation.

15. General Rules
a. Our check in timings are 12.00 Noon and check out timings are 10.00 AM. We open our doors at 6.00 AM and closes our gates by 9.00 PM unless you have some important job. Please work out your program accordingly. Our quiet hours are 9.00 PM to 6.00 AM. In case, if you get late, please inform us in advance.

b. If you check in early before 12.00 Noon or checkout late after 10.00 AM, please check availability of the apartment.

c. We request all our guests, kindly check everything before your stay. Please avoid all types of damages to the property and its contents. In case of any damages, guest confirms that he/ she will settle the bills immediately. It will be material and labor charges at the present cost. We sincerely request our respected guests to take care please.

d. Please do not move anything from its place. Kindly let us know and we will help; otherwise it will scratch the floor.

e. Please do not run AC below 24 °C; as it will break compressor.

f. Please don’t leave money or jewelry in the room; as we can’t guarantee it. However, if you wish, then you can leave your expensive items with us downstairs and take receipt from us.

g. Car parking is on street at Guest risk. Pets are not allowed.

h. We do not have a place for drivers, servants. If you want that they should stay with you then please pay Rs. 1,120/- per day per servant.

I. Any money paid will not be adjusted or refunded or amended under any circumstances. It will be as per T & C. Before making booking, please make up your mind.

j. We and all our helpers are taking all care against COVID 19. We are sanitizing all doors, knobs, latches everyday. Our servants are using masks, gloves. On arrival your forehead temperature will be checked. In case if temperature is abnormal then we will ask you to report to a medical center.

k. We are trying to make guest check in contact less. Please help us. We need your picture and your documents

l. Food served on the property will only be home made food except fruits, sweets. Due to Covid-19, we will not serve uncooked food like salad. Wherever it is mention breakfast will be served free, otherwise it can be ordered. Lunch and dinner are only available on the payment basis. Guests are requested to order well in time.

m. Please fill up the form and return to us immediately. By doing so, we will not ask you to fill any other form on the arrival. SUBMITTING FORM means that you have read and agree with our conditions. Thank you
