Ostara's Altar 2017 - Designer Application

Ostara's Altar is a softer side dark style themed shopping market in Second Life.

The spring thaw brings forth the Goddess Ostara. Pay homage to her altar at Dark Passions Events next themed event. This time we shall bring forth a soft yet magically dark side of spring.. All designers are welcome but priority will be shown to those that dabble in the dark arts of witchcraft, pastel goth, NuGoth, Victorian, magic, whimsical and spookiness in general.

This event is an intimate shopping market with max 24 quality alternative/fantasy designers.

Theme: Wiccan, Equinox, NuGoth, Pastel Goth, Fantasy, Soft Victorian

*** Designer Rules & Requirements ***

1. Must create 1 new exclusive item in the event theme marked at least 25% off.
2. In edition to the exclusive, designers may have other items that fit the theme.
Extra items don't need to be discounted.
3. Exclusives are not to be sold anywhere else during the time of the event.
4. Accepted stores must rezz the event poster in or near your main store
5. Fees must be paid in time or risk being replaced
6. Regular Spot fee: 750L$ NO refunds (35 prim spot for items and unscripted decor) Extra prims 10L$ per (Max 20 additional)
7. For this fair we will accept 24 designers
8. Single prim vendors only - Scrolling vendors are not accepted and will be returned. Vendor systems such as e2v or casper are ok as long as the follow the no scrolling vendor rule.
9. For furniture or pose stores the script rule may be over looked if you put out a demo. No adult demos please.
10: Optional 5L Egg Hunt - gifts in the eggs must be new and reflect your stores quality and style
(must have at least 10 stores opt in for this option for it to be an addition to the event)

27th February - Application deadline - Accepted Designers will be notified on or before March 1
7th March - Payment deadline
15th - 18th March- Set up
20th March, 12pm (Noon) Slt - Ostara's Altar Begins
16th April, 12pm (Noon) Slt - Ostara's Altar Ends
