  • FIRST TIME VENDORS - INTRODUCE YOURSELF HERE  You are only required to register once per Calendar year, this form is for 2024.  If you are a first time Vendor of our markets please make sure you have introduced yourself before submitting a payment.  This ensures we have all of your necessary contact info.

Additional Product & Event Photography 
We always have a photographer on staff for our events.  If you would like intentional and collaborative photography with one on one time with our photographer the day of the event please add $25 to the event dates of your choice.

VENDOR AGREEMENT

I agree that the completion of this payment is for the services of “ Space Occupancy” on the dates and times stated above and are non-tangible goods. I understand The Portland Tastemakers Market is an opportunity to show, exhibit and/or sell my items.  The Portland Tastemakers Market does not in any way track vendor sales, promise the completion of any kind of sales at the event or a partner to any registering Vendor.  Vendors are participating on the premise of the opportunity to show, exhibit and sell their work to whom they chose and what attendees chose to participate in such activities during the entirety of the event.  

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Sliding Scale $40 vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.  In order to transfer dates for the following , " All Access & Shared Booths "  Vendors must notify portlandtastemakersmarket@gmail.com by 5PM, 4 weeks before the event date.  When the administrators are notified of the cancellation by the original vendor registration contact, the vendor has the option to submit a change of date for a full credit towards a future market.  I understand the market administrators have the right to cancel my participation at any time and will provide a full refund within 24 hours of notice of their decision to void my participation on their part.  I understand the market administrators have the right to terminate my participation without refund if I fail to actively comply with terms stated in the Vendor Agreement and Vendor Guidelines

LATE ARRIVAL 

Vendor load-in starts 1 hour before the event start time, active loading into the event ends 30 minutes before the event start time, vendors should be set-up 15 minutes prior to the event start time. Any vendor who has not arrived 30minutes prior to the start time of the event will incur immediate termination of their participation without refund or exchange.

LIABILITY

I understand the host company is not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken belongings. 

LOCATION OF EVENT

I understand the event location is subject to change up until a week before the event date.  I understand weather conditions are not cause for cancellation or reimbursement.
