WSCPCA  Robert C. Olsen Educational Scholarship  Application
Purpose: To provide financial support to advance educational or career development for painters at all levels of the trade.

Amount Available: Maximum of $1,000 per awardee.

Eligibility: Individuals must be a WSC PCA Member, affiliated with a WSC PCA member firm as an employee, independent contractor, or family member.

Application Deadline: August 30, 2026

Use of Funds: Funds can be used for educational workshops, local or out of state conferences and related travel expenses, seminars, trade programs, college or other educational or vocational training programs.

Timeline for using funds:  Award must be used within one year of notification

Disbursement of Funds: All funds will be provided on a reimbursement basis and require proof of registration, attendance and receipt showing amount paid. Award funds will be provided via check.

Other Requirements: Requires a brief (250 word minimum) report about the funded activity and benefit to recipient within 30 days of completion.
