REGISTRATION FOR OIFE YOUTH EVENT Poland, 2025
The OIFE Youth event 2025 will take place between Thursday 4th of September (starting with dinner at 7PM) to Sunday 7th of September (ending after breakfast) 2025 in Warsaw, Poland.

If you want to attend the pre-event, you will need to arrive on Wednesday the 3rd.

The goals of the OIFE Youth Event are:
- sharing experience & ideas across borders;
- networking and getting to know young people with OI in other countries;
- social activities and fun;
- to create awareness about OIFE to young people in Europe.

Target group: People with OI age 18-35 from European countries.

The deadline to register is 20th of May 2025

Participant fee for the main event:  
- 190 EUR - if you can sleep in a room for 4 people - 1 king bed and one sofa.
- 250 EUR- if you want to sleep in a room for 2 people - 1 king bed/ or 2 single beds
I you need single room by yourself - please let us know we will then ask the hotel for the
price.

The price for necessary disability assistant is the same as for the OI participant. You will not be allowed to bring parents as assistants to this event.

FEE INCLUDES: 
- accommodation for 3 nights, 
- all meals in the hotel and outside the hotel
- transport and tickets to the Museum.

HOW TO GET THERE?
If you travel by plane - please choose Warsaw Chopin Airport. From there you can take Uber or accessible bus to the city centre. More information will be given later.
There is also an airport called Warsaw Modlin. This is one hour travel from Warsaw. For
wheelchair users it will be difficult to get to the city centre from this airport.

We have a very limited number of travel grants that you can apply to (max 100EUR per
person). To apply for travel grant - send an e-mail to office@oife.org before registration
deadline April,15th .

DIVING PRE-EVENT AT THE DEEPSPOT POOL
We can offer one additional day for a very special activity. On Thursday the 4th we will arrange a trip to one of the deepest pools in Europe. There we will have an one our introduction to diving adapted for disabled. The instructor is working on a daily basis with people with disabilities. The course will take place in an indoor training facility with depth all the way down to 45 meters https://www.deepspot.com/en/how-we-do-it/about-deepspot/

If you want to joint his diving course, you need to arrive to come on Wednesday the 3rd because the diving course will start Thursday morning and last all day.

We encourage you to register quickly for this activity since there may not be possible to organise this activity for the whole group  ( due to restrictions on the pool). First come first served. 
Supposedly, approximately 20 people with disabilities can join. 

PRICE
Special price for people with OI - thanks to a grant from Mereo Biopharma: 50 euro Transport, individual entrance with the instructor, meal , gift included.
The price for the assistant is 150 euro. 

If you join the pre-event, you also need to pay an extra night in the hotel (40 euro per person in a room for 4 people and 75 euro in a room for 2 people)

IMPORTANT: Everyone who wants to take part in the diving activity will need to bring a
confirmation from your local doctor about that you have no contraindications to diving.

We have a very limited number of adapted rooms available (3 rooms with possibility of having 5 people inside). In other rooms - there is no step to the shower - and we will have showerchairs for all who need it.
