* There are no limit to commission slots you can take, but each one needs it's own form.

* I reserve the right to say “No,” to any commission with no explanation.

* I invoice YOU only. (using Paypal, but have Stripe as a backup)

* Your slot is not confirmed until payment is confirmed.

* I do not do "time sensitive" ones with a surcharge at this time. Be prepared to wait for your order if the queue is sizable at the time. You can check the queue in the biolink at the top of this form.

* In my current situation I do not accept payplans at this time, but if I get enough traction I can bring this back.
* Contract is final. There are no refunds.
* I upload what I create. The only anonymity I allow is your name.

* If you wish to use the piece commercially (to make profit on) there's a permit to make one batch of up to 300 for $100. If you have intention to make more than 300 products with the image, talk to me about a contract.

* Do not reupload subscribestar or personal exclusives or you will be blacklisted. Mind you, this cuts you off your slots you may still have. You will have broken the terms of agreement and don't get that money back plus anything else you paid for I hadn't gotten to as of the time of blacklist.

* You may not use my stuff for AI obviously, a lot of it is poisoned anyway so good luck with that.

When you state your email, know that this will be the email I will both converse and invoice to, so do make sure it's your active one.

* I try to include a simple to medium background on each piece unless you say otherwise.

* If you want a detailed one it may cost more depending on complexity.
* I may simplify characters to fit a style, complex characters may also cost extra.

* If you are unsure if I will do something, just ask me on my accessible socials, there's very little I wont do, even extreme. Here are those links: Bluesky (fastest), Furaffinity, Inkbunny

* Sometimes my muse goes out on a limb and I may present an idea other than your own at your consent after I've started. Usually people say yes to these so I figured I'd put this in so it's no surprise.

* You do not have to have an idea. I require an "idea" moreso if my muse has taken a hike the time I get around to it. If you are sure you want my free will on it, I may just come back to it once the muse returns. I much prefer quality over anything if you are ok with waiting just a lil longer.

* I no longer give out PSD files. You can thank AI techbros for that.

Read this before posting your stuff ahead!

Please have your references in a form that will be sessile/stable. This means there is no limit to access, it wont be edited, it wont be moved. Too many give me references that are unstable and I lose access when I get to it.
