This new event is a great way to connect with other individuals and families that are impacted by a bleeding disorder. The weekend includes education, food, free resources and some fun, too!

Presentations include breakout sessions by age and diagnosis, as well as general sessions.

HFMD is unable to provide Child Programming this year but encourage you to still bring your children. We will have a hospitality room available for those who may need to step away with their child from the education programs.
