I understand these risks and declare that my Child is physically healthy and claim that my Child is safely capable of participating in these classes, workshops, activities and outings. I will not be holding wBees Forest School or any employees of wBees Forest School liable if an accident occurs involving my child during wBees Forest School class while on-site or off-site.
