Mamby Vendor Request for Application
If your company is interested in being a vendor for Mamby on the Beach, June 23 + 24, 2018, please fill out the following information. Once this Vendor Request for Application form is submitted, a representative will be in contact shortly regarding the status of acceptance.

If you are accepted, you will be sent an application and invoice for a 50% deposit to hold your space.

Once your completed application and invoice have been submitted and approved, you are considered confirmed for the event and will be sent additional information.

Pricing & Deadlines for MAMBY on the Beach 2018:

Early Bird Pricing (application & deposit due by 4/1)
Food Trucks $1,000
Food Tent (10x20) $2,000
Retail Tent (10x20) $1,500
Retail Tent (10x10) $1,200

Standard Pricing (application & deposit due by 5/1)
Food Trucks $1,200
Food Tent (10x20) $2,200
Retail Tent (10x20 $1,700
Retail Tent (10x10) $1,400

*Applications are processed on first come, first serve basis
*Applications received after 5/1 are subject to increased pricing
