Schedule:

- Waste is normally picked up within a week of the request. Please make sure it is labeled and ready to go when submitting a request.
- Pickup day and time varies but takes place on weekdays between 6am and 4pm. University holidays will affect pickup schedule.
- EHS personnel have keys to most campus locations; you do not need to be present or leave your lab unlocked unless you have an alarm system or specially keyed space.
- Generally only lab cleanouts and special projects need to be scheduled for a specific date and time.
- This form also serves as an order form for waste containers.
